One of my favorite Zapier traditions: the AMA with new hires. Last week someone asked: “What did you learn from early customer conversations that still applies today?” For me, it’s simple: Everyone should do support in the early days. Me, Bryan, Mike, engineers, product folks, marketers… Everyone was in the mix, talking to customers. Every hire, no matter the role, got involved. For me, this lesson hasn’t changed.
