    Confession time: I work in recruiting and I use AI every single day to use my job. Here are some of the ways I use AI: - initial drafts of job posts we can then workshop - natural language searches in our ATS and LinkedIn - drafting my talking points for an interview - checking if the interview questions/process aligns to the competencies we're targeting - recording and note taking in interviews - identifying fraudulent candidates - coaching and feedback on how I'm doing as an interviewer and manager (side note: I have gotten some surprisingly great feedback from my AI bestie!!) - managing all the tasks related to onboarding new hires What I don't use AI for? Making decisions about which candidates to move forward. Despite having one of the most advanced tech stacks out there, we don't have the capability to do this, and even if we did, this kind of high stakes decision should be made by humans. But we DO have lots of automations and agents at Zapier and they help us get more time back to work on a wide variety of higher, more strategic initiatives. For example: - assessing AI fluency so we can make better hires - creating higher-touch experiences for candidates as they get into the later stages of our hiring process - launching new programs to recruit less traditional profiles (go check out our GTM general app that just went live this morning as an example!) We have well over 800 agents at Zapier, many of them powering our People team - these are just a few examples, but the cool thing about working with AI is we're quickly reaching a point where the only limitation is your imagination. Huge shout out to Ashley Priebe Brown, Cecilia Garza, Casey Firey, SHRM-CP, Savannah Kusmik, Danielle Meinert, Rita Bueno Dowling, Kim Wilkes, Emily Mabie, and many others for building these agents!
