The disruption was caused by an incident with Firebase (https://status.firebase.google.com/), which is also connected to a broader Google Cloud incident affecting other services like GitLab and Cloudflare.

Resolved - The issue where Zapier accounts were being automatically switched, returning "Unable to access Zap" and "You either don't have permission to see this Zap or the Zap does not exist" errors, is now resolved. You should be able to browse Zapier under the team you have selected, without being switched to another team automatically.

Identified - We have identified that the issue is related to the Zapier Chrome extension. Only a fraction of users with the extension installed are affected. There is no risk of data loss at this time.

Investigating - We've identified an issue where Zapier accounts are being automatically switched, returning "Unable to access Zap" and " You either don't have permission to see this Zap or the Zap does not exist" errors.

This switch occurs between accounts users already have access to, but it is causing disruption while using the Zapier interface.

We're currently working to implement a fix to address this issue and will update the StatusPage as soon as there are relevant updates.
There appears to be no risk of data loss at this time.

Updating and creating new Functions causes them to fail

Resolved - Earlier today, our team identified an issue that was causing Functions to silently fail, starting on June 5, 2025 at 10:34:06 PM UTC.

Functions that were created and updated during this timeframe did not run as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We were able to identify the issue and fix it. Functions should now be working without issues.

Delays in Zap Runs and History Updates

Resolved - Earlier today we encountered an issue causing delays in some Zap runs and slower performance across the platform. Our Team was able to identify the issue, and pushed a fix.

As a result of this incident there was some loss of data between 11:00 and 17:36 UTC. Our team was unable to recover any lost runs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
